I have been working with Alison for a while and I must say I was a sceptical person about coaching, at beginning, but Alison changed my trajectory and guided me through my business and I am here now very happy with my progress. After just under 2 months of using this service, I can honestly say this is the best form of therapy I’ve received & I’ve tried a number of them. From NHS talking shop, RDASH, iApt and CAMHS to talking groups / charities. I’ve learnt a lot of coping techniques over the years but I’m so blessed to have found this one. A professional relationship based on trust & confidentiality is key, this ticks all the boxes including helping me with my creativity through the use of different tools / methods to destress, organise my life more & find ways to express myself using my own style.
